A Secure Client Tracking Software
Controlling access to data is important to all agency departments and programs. Consequently, the security and access control features of CSST are second to none. This appears in the form of passwords at every level, change tracking logs, and encryption if deemed necessary for remote offices.

Communication
CSST can communicate with Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, Outlook and Access, which simplifies integration between your social services client information with desktop software. Reports can be produced directly to Excel and Word. Mail merges to Word are built into the application.

Reporting
CSST contains a number of preset reports that are essential to social services case management (CSBG, ROMA, IDA, etc), but one of the program's strongest assets is its ability to track almost any data imaginable about clients and the various programs that agencies administer.

CSST includes a custom reporting utility designed specifically for end users. This function allows a user to tailor a report from literally any data in the system; to sort, filter and group it to any extent necessary; and to format the final output completely, down to individual field position on the page, font size, shape and color, and inclusion of graphic elements such as logos or charts.
