COMMUNITY SERVICES

The Community Services Module
Addresses emergency fuel, furnace, cooling, rent, repair, transitional housing services and counseling offered by CAP agencies with forms tailored to the specific services provided. Each form also provides supporting documentation with custom questionnaires, service tracking and eligibility checking. All lists, checklists, and drop downs are customizable.

HEA and Emergency Assistance
Tracks Home Energy Assistance payments, emergency HEA payments, and heater repairs. This module can be used in conjunction with Housing and Utilities to address further utility, rent, mortgage and food assistance programs.

Transitional Housing
Provides for helping clients needing to obtain temporary housing in cases of emergency, domestic incidents, homelessness or other emergency situations. Tracks supporting documentation with a customizable checklist, tracks service delivery and disposition of case.
