The Economic Development/IDA Module
Offers comprehensive management and tracking of clients including backgrounds, economic-related education and training, ability to start and operate a small business, account information, institutional information and contacts, funding partners and program actions.

This module aids economic development programs by tracking a client's progress. With use of the Service Delivery section, it defines plans, sets goals and provides metrics to monitor progress.
