The CSST Base Module includes basic client demographic information along with essential functions for managing family units, tracking income, housing, transportation needs, education and health care. The Base Module includes tools for service delivery tracking and a scheduler, as well as the means for tracking basic agency information like programs, staff, volunteers, donations, and timesheets. Additional information about individuals, companies and contacts of outside organizations like schools, hospitals, vendors, child care providers, and the like is also included.
