SERVICE AND DELIVERY

The Service Delivery Module
Tracks services and client plans. Plans define the steps needed for a client to obtain a set objective, and the service delivery items are services provided by the agency to help a client attain the goals of their plan (CSBG/ROMA/IEP/IFP) and meet state and federal CSBG and ROMA reporting requirements.

Transitions
CSST provides tracking and scheduling of client transitions from one agency to another, as well as transition schedules out of programs. This system maintains a client's records and status, and prevents a client from becoming "lost" in the system.

Expenditures and Payments
CSST provides tracking of expenses that are incurred to provide a specific service as well as grants or other funding sources.

Scheduler and Appointments
Provides scheduling of clients, staff, volunteers and agency resources in 15 minute time blocks across your agency.
