WEATHERIZATION

The Weatherization Module
Provides comprehensive weatherization program tracking with the ability to track multiple programs, multiple jobs and multiple contractors. This module also automatically determines a property's eligibility.

Job Tracking
Provides tracking of jobs including complex jobs with multiple bid package numbers, multiple contractors, multiple PO's and multiple programs or funding sources. Also provides placement on waiting list for future jobs and prioritization.

Job Details
Provides detailed tracking of specific repair items, location and cost as well as totaling and deducting from complex budgets (including the use of leveraged funds), donations, utility contributions and owner contributions.
